4. Virtual Items and Purchases

Our games may offer virtual currency or items ("Virtual Goods") for purchase with real money.

Virtual Goods have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded, except as required by applicable law (e.g., EU Consumer Rights).
SPAICE AB reserves the right to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate Virtual Goods at any time.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to graphics, designs, code, audio, and text, is owned by SPAICE AB or its licensors. You do not acquire any ownership rights by using our Services.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. SPAICE AB does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SPAICE AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, and without notice, particularly if you violate these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Malmö, Sweden.
