3-Tap Tiles ("we", "our", "us") is a mobile puzzle game developed by SPAICE AB. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our game.

- Advertising ID (Google Advertising ID on Android / IDFA on iOS): Used to serve personalized ads and support the free game
- Device Information: Device type, operating system version, language settings
- Gameplay Data: Level progress, game statistics, feature usage (optional - can be disabled in Settings)
- Crash Reports: Technical diagnostics to identify and fix bugs
Information We Do NOT Collect
- Name, email address, phone number, or physical address
- Precise or approximate location data
- Photos, videos, or user-generated content
- Payment or financial information (the app is free with ads)
- Contacts, calendar, or other personal data
How We Use Information
Advertising
We use Google AdMob to display advertisements that support our free game. AdMob collects and processes:
- Advertising ID for ad personalization
- Ad interaction data (views, clicks, impressions)
- Device and network information
Your Ad Privacy Choices:
- Manage ad preferences in the game: Settings → Privacy → Manage Privacy Choices
- Opt out of personalized ads on your device: Device Settings → Google → Ads
- Limited ads are still shown if you decline personalization (required to support the free game)
Analytics (Optional)
We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand how players interact with the game:
- Which levels are most popular
- Where players get stuck
- Which features are used most
- Session duration and engagement metrics
Analytics is optional. You can opt out anytime in: Settings → Privacy → Gameplay Analytics
Crash Reporting
We collect crash logs and error reports to identify technical issues and improve app stability. This data is anonymized and does not contain personal information.

Data Retention
- Gameplay Analytics: Raw event data is retained for 60 days, then converted to anonymized aggregated reports kept for 14 months
- Advertising Data: Processed in real-time by AdMob; we do not store advertising data on our servers
- Local Save Data: Stored on your device until you delete the app or use "Delete Local Data" in Settings
- Crash Logs: Retained for up to 90 days for debugging purposes

- All data transmitted to Google servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS
- We do not maintain our own servers or databases containing your personal information
- Local game data is stored securely on your device
